Bringing a Boat
We offer boat launch and docking for our overnight accommodation guests. Please see our Fishing and Boating page under things to do for details.
Many of our policies reflect our concern for protecting the environment. We supply y liquid soap, shampoo in wall dispensers which we clean and refill. Every room has a hairdryer. We supply in room towels and all bedding, please bring your own beach towel.
Irons are available at the front desk.
Check In Time:
4:00-10:00 pm. If you wish to be guaranteed an early check in as early as 12:00 PM. Noon we y to offer this for an additional $50 fee.(regular lodge room only, premium price for upgraded or chalet room ) Please make special arrangements if you require a check in after 10 pm.
Check Out Time:
8:30-11:00 a.m. If you wish to end your holiday with a leisurely check out and a few extra hours use of our facilities please enquire at the front desk 24 hours prior. For an additional $50 we may be able to extend your check out to 3 pm or later.( regular lodge room only, premium price for upgraded room and chalet )
By advance reservation. W we may not be open for meals if we do not have overnight hotel guests that have reserved.. .
There is no allowance or credit for missed meals that have been reserved in advance and paid for. but not cancelled in advance..
There is no allowance or credit for early departure, missed meals or late arrival.

Keys: Lost Keys. $50 charge for each key not returned. Please remember to turn in your keys.
Grounds and facilities are for registered guests only.
Every room occupant regardless of age must be registered.
No grouches please..
We are a wifi hotspot with complimentary high speed access for all resort guests. Internet is in our Main lodge lobby, meeting spaces, Deck and Chalet. It reaches most of our guest rooms on a clear day.
There is no allowance or credit for late arrival or early departure on your confirmed date
Noise - Peace and quiet after 11 p.m. please
Unless you are booking the entire inn we ask that you are quiet between 11:00 p.m. & 8:00 a.m. in order to respect the other guests need for a restful sleep. After a long day of fresh air & invigorating sports, a good night sleep is appreciated by our typical guests.
We are not suitable for night owls or party animals- unless you take over the entire resort and in this case we are a great party place!
Small Well behaved dogs are welcome in certain rooms with advance reservations. Sorry we do not allow guests who are participating in a group retreat to bring along their pets. Please enquire before bringing your pet as arrangements must be made at the time of booking. A fee will apply and will be added to your bill.
The Jensen family lives on the resort and each have our own pets in our residences!
Certain rooms are pet friendly. Fee $50 per pet per night . Must enquire first as only a few pets are allowed at a time. We have rules for pets, please enquire. They may not be left in a room unattended. Must be crated. If they bark or create a disturbance you will be asked to leave without refund. You are also responsible for all and any damage to the room created by the dog. Dog must be kept on a leash at all times, you must pick up after the dog.
Not allowed in public areas such as beach, pool, picnic areas. Must have proof of vacinations and flea control. If they have an "accident" you will be charged for carpet shampoo clean up of room. Please keep pets of furniture, bring a bed and blanket.
We are happy to take Messages for guests during office hours at 705-657-8095 . After hours we are on answering machine. Most cell phones work here.

Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated smoking areas. All guest rooms & balconies and all other indoor area's, common areas such as pool, , decks, beach are non smoking. Please check with the front desk for designated smoking locations closest to your room.
· Note: For groups additional outdoor smoking areas can be provided by request.

All rates are subject to 13% HST
All GROUP bookings are subject to a 15% group resort facility administration fee + 13% HST.

What to bring
We provide all towels for indoor use, linens & blankets. Bring along your toiletries, beach towel, bathing suit, walking shoes, sun screen, water bottle and maybe some bug repellent.
The inn has a side entrance which can be accessed via a ramp & parking within 30 feet. Please let us know if you require parking in this area as it is reserved for these special occasions. Our dining room, lobby, spa area & many bedrooms are located on this main level as well. Select rooms have wider doors & grab bars installed in the tub and there is a standing walk-in shower available in our spa area on this level as well. As a country location we do not have paved roads, but we are happy to help you as much as wea can in order to enjoy all areas of the inn. Please inform us if you have mobility issues when reserving so we do not assign a room on the upper level level as there are stairs.
Our Boathouse lounge is located below our dining room. This is accessed by stairs either from outdoors or the dining room. We have hosted countless weddings with a key member of the family in a wheel chair. Our staff & guests were always very helpful in getting the individual up and down the stairs safely.
