Location- Just 90 minutes north east of Toronto, 20 KM north of Peterborough, 3 KM east of Buckhorn, Ontario.
Activities- Enjoy complimentary outdoor recreation in a natural wilderness setting- canoes, kayaks, rowboats, sail boats, pedal boats, sand beach, outdoor pool & hot tub, sauna, putting green, driving net, horse shoes, volleyball, sand trap, several excellent 18 hole courses nearby. In the winter we offer cross country skiing, skating and snowshoeing weather permitting - equipment is available at no extra charge. Miles of nature trails year round. Westwind is a fun & exhilarating private retreat in a spectacular lakeside setting. The immediate area offers many native art, wildlife & fine art galleries, trading posts, artisans, antique & craft shops, a winery, observatory, provincial parks, cruises & much much more.
Fun After Hours- Hire a bartender for the Boathouse Lounge, set up a hospitality suite in the Boardroom, have a sing a long around a camp fire, enjoy our many complimentary activities. We have two large cedar decks ideal for barbeques or receptions with breathtaking lake view. Please note if you are not taking over the entire inn Noise restrictions may apply.
ACCOMMODATIONS- 35 ROOMS
Main Lodge-
31 cozy rooms, all with fireplace, cedar lined walls, antique furnishings, sitting area, private balcony, large 4 piece bathroom, air conditioning and antique colour television.
6 lodge rooms also have double jet tubs, bar fridge and coffee station at a premium price.
The main lodge contains the dining room, main conference room, both with fireplace and lake view, board room, spa area with sauna & hot tub. If you require all 31 lodge rooms we may be able to waive extra charges for weekday or shoulder season bookings. Please enquire.
Chalet- The 4 chalet units are located in a separate chalet on a rugged point 300 feet away from the main lodge. They are spacious with four poster beds, bar fridge, oversized jet tubs, fireplace & lake view. If you are interested in these special rooms all four must be occupied by your group. Enquire about special price if renting all rooms.

Lodge Room Rates-For one or two guests, per night. Discounts apply for longer terms, premiums apply for 1 night. This may be reduced for last minute bookings, please enquire.

Meeting Rooms--75% off Monday-Thursday-
We have three meeting rooms, plus our dining room. All are very bright with natural light, nicely decorated and boast a spectacular lake view. We also have many versatile break out areas throughout the inn.
- The Boathouse Lounge: 20-100 guests $600 per day-Minimum room rental requirements apply for Sat's June-Oct**
- The Executive Suite: 20-60 guests $500 per day
- The Boardroom: 6 -20 guests $250 per day
Treetops Dining Room: 20-60 guests (May also be available if necessary) - ** In order to provide the Boathouse Lounge for Saturday functions June to October we may require all rooms to be rented for two nights.

MEALS-The following pricing is based on one entree selection for all guests. For more selections please add $5 per person for each addition option. Please see brief descriptions below. All meals are served in our dining room.

A $10 coffee, tea, juice, assorted baked goods.
B $14 Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes juice coffee and tea.
C $18 fruit, cereal, baked goods, eggs, pancakes or french toast, meats, potatoes, juice, coffee, tea
Brunch
$25 C breakfast plus roast beef, pasta, rice, assorted salads and sweets.
Lunch
A $15 self serve, one of the following with salad, dessert & coffee, tea; sandwiches, tomato penne, omelette.
B $20 includes one of the following served with salad, dessert and coffee or tea; club house, lasagna or stuffed sole
C $25 served with salad, dessert, coffee and tea; fresh Atlantic salmon, seafood pasta, spanish frittata.
Breaks
A $3 coffee, tea, water. Add $2 per person to include juice.
B $7 coffee, tea juice and baked goods.
C $10 coffee, tea, juices, baked goods, fruit in the morning and veggies in the afternoon.
Dinner
A $25 salad, bread, one entree of your choice; roast ham, chicken a la king, shepherds Pie.
B $35 served with bread, salad or soup, starch and vegetables in season, dessert & coffee or tea; chicken breast, roast beef, grilled pork tenderloin, or vegetable stir fry over rice with meat of your choice.
C $45 served with bread, soup, salad, starch, vegetables in season, dessert, coffee, tea; prime rib, pan fried, pickerel, stuffed pork loin, lamb roast or stuffed chicken breast.
Deposits, Payments and policies
1. A deposit of 50% of your estimated function cost is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please enquire about how you can hold your date tentatively if you are not in a position to guarantee at this point.
2. Guaranteed numbers & menu selections must be confirmed 45 days prior to event. Billing is based on guaranteed numbers or actual attendance whichever is greater.
3. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. All payments must be made by cheque, cash or debit card.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed function that alters significantly in numbers.
5. No food or beverage items are to be brought into Westwind Inn unless permission had been granted.
6. All rates are subject to 15% group facility Fee and applicable taxes.
7. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates will not increase more than 10% each 12 month period.
8. The organizer agrees to adhere to all scheduled times and begin the meal promptly at the scheduled time. The organizer is responsible for any extra costs incurred by any delay caused by the organizer or group member or for extending the scheduled departure.
9. Westwind is primarily a non smoking facility with specific smoking areas. For groups who request we will designate a additional smoking areas. Smoking in any other areas may result in a fine. As hosts you are responsible for all fines.
